Find the best people you can find and empower them to do what it takes to accomplish the task at hand.
It is like a friend of mine once said, "We learned a long time ago that you can't send a duck to eagle school." You can't teach someone to smile, you can't teach someone to want to serve, and you can't teach personality.
What we can do, however, is find people who have those qualities and put them in leadership positions to better our service to others.
